The Quality Manager reports to the Plant Manager. The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality and hygiene of the final product and the implementation, management and compliance to the company’s integrated system of standards and procedures, and functionally reporting to the Quality Director based in the Global Headquarter
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supervises, coordinates and supports the Quality team, managing priorities, eliminating, bottlenecks and addressing critical issues
Leads the implementation and ensures compliance to the company’s integrated system of procedures and standards
Proposes improvements to the company’s integrated system of standards and procedures
Plans and/or enables the implementation of internal audits
Guarantees the correct execution of the quality control plan for new and existing products
Ensures correct calibration of all laboratory instruments through internal control plans, relying on internal resources and external suppliers
Proposes relevant changes to continuously improve processes, methods and practices of quality control in accordance with client’s and internal quality standards
Verifies quality reports, eventually addressing relevant issues to the Plant Line Managers
Coordinates internal resources to identify and resolve non conformities, acting as the process leader and suggesting the adoption of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring proper communication with the client
Ensures a proper management of the incoming material supplies
Identifies the training needs related to quality standards for Quality and Plant staff and defines the execution plan
Provides support in the industrialization of new products and the implementation of processes or materials, supervising process performance

Organizes, manages, and convenes the meetings of the Board of Directors and of the Shareholders' Assembly, taking care of fulfilling all formal requirements
Regularly prepares, updates and shares documentation, internal reports and presentations relevant for the meetings

Takes care of the proper bookkeeping of the Company’s records

· Supports the Planning and Procurement Manger in planning and monitoring the production program
· Details and calculates material requests based on production orders, focusing on optimizing the use of stocked resources based on production plans
· Purchases needed material coordinating with the requester to identify purchase requirements
· Sources and selects suppliers, evaluates offers economically, technically and strategically, evaluating payback
· Regularly meets suppliers for updates and to improve contractual conditions
· Negotiates offers and concludes contracts for the provision of goods, equipment or services
· Monitors and expedites orders and commissioned services, ensuring correct and timely delivery
· Addresses issues and claims related to purchases
· Supports in verifying goods and service invoices ensuring alignment to agreed prices

The HR Analytics Assistant reports to the HR Relations & Rewards Manager. The purpose of this position is to ensure the correct execution labor cost HR data analysis and internal reporting, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Assists in the consolidation of the HR budgets in terms of total cost and headcount
· Performs periodic analysis of deviations from the budget
· Supports in the preparation of the HR Dashboards
· Elaborates and monitors the most relevant HR-related KPIs (E.g., turnover, retention, absenteeism, overtime, etc.)
· Assists in setting the KPIs related to collective and individual bonus
· Assists in performing periodic HR audits
· Performs benchmark analysis on market labor cost
· Maintains the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly monitoring and updating of changes in personnel costs and headcount
· Is responsible for collecting and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the HR Reports at Global level

The Technical Manager reports to the Plant Manager. The purpose of this position is to ensure production continuity and product quality and hygiene by guaranteeing machine and equipment performance and continuous improvement, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supervises, coordinates and supports the Technical team, managing priorities, eliminating, bottlenecks and addressing critical issues
Develops the maintenance plan for machines, molds, equipment and facilities in coordination with the Production Manager
Monitors and participates in the execution of the maintenance plan, organizing and supporting the Technical team
Promptly manages, organizes and participates in maintenance activities to solve breakdowns, halts and failures and restore production
Guarantees the daily inspection of all machines and equipment; verifies inspection report, maintenance log book to anticipate and prevent emerging issues
Plans, supervises and assesses servicing and maintenance activities by external suppliers; proposes alternative suppliers to optimize costs and services
Plans, organizes and participates in machine and equipment installation and setup including preparation of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic set up; carries out sampling activities ensuring correct process setting
Actively collaborates in testing and improving machines and equipment
Actively participates in the investigation of quality problems, finds solutions and implements corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met
Maintains document archives (technical documents, manuals and dossiers) regarding machinery, equipment or utilities
Technical Skills:
