The Global Safety Specialist reports to the Global Safety Manager. The purpose of this position is to ensure the company compliance to the safety standards at Global level through direct actions or supporting the actors involved in activities with safety implications, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supports the Global HSE Manager in defining Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures at Global level, supporting the HSE Country Managers in the implementation and drafting of local procedures
Promotes safety policies and practices in all the Group’s production sites, using suitable and shared tools, programs and methods
Supports in the performance of periodical security audits within all the group’s sites highlighting residual risks and where necessary, also with presence on-site, during external audits and certifications
Gives support to the Global HSE Manager in managing complicated and/or critical situations, collaborating in the documentation drafting and in the implementation of required corrective actions
Supports the Global HSE Manager in providing advice and suggestions to the Project Manager team for all the aspects concerning security and in carrying out on-site inspections during the feasibility phases and during the implementation of projects
Supports in the identification of training needs concerning safety matters and in the the execution and updating of the courses in coordination with HSE and HR Manager
Fills directly the HSE Manager (RSPP) role for the manufacturing companies of the group, performing the activities required by the role itself
Supports the Global HSE Manager representing the company in relations with third parties for issues related to safety

The Customer Relations Manager reports to the Sales Director. The purpose of this position is to maintain the relationship with the key customers, monitor and optimize sales margins and manage customer issues and requests, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordinates and supervises the CR team, participating in the definition of roles and responsibilities, managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks and addressing critical issues
Guarantees the provision of consistent and satisfactory customer services
Collects information from the company’s production plants to gather feedback on production forecasts on a periodic basis
Coordinates the relevant KPI analysis and monitoring with the goal of maximizing sales margins (e.g. volumes demand and supply, masterbatch use, material yield, packaging rotation, mold/color changes, non-compliance, safety stock, obsolescence, forex , inflation, etc).
Conducts analysis on annual or quarterly basis (e.g. rebates, volumes, depreciation, investment coverage, etc.)
Collects data and monitors cost increases of raw materials, energy, labor, and any other cost component relevant for the evaluation of price adjustment requests.
Is responsible for the quarterly updating of price lists, masterbatches, pack & freight, resins, Forex, etc.
Supervises the update and upload of price lists into SAP and the posting of sales orders
Generates analysis related to projects involving existing plants (e.g. new packaging, new master, etc.) and price optimization
Participates to contractual clauses negotiation, including contract duration, payment terms, Forex, and any special condition
Participates with the Key Account Manager team in the discussion of cost saving opportunities or critical conditions such as cases of supply interruptions, lack of raw materials, non-compliance / claims, returns and associated costs
Collaborates with the Key Account Manager team in the preparation of the commercial budget

The Logistics Manager reports to the Plant Manager. The purpose of this position is to satisfy clients request by guaranteeing the efficient inbound and outbound flow of goods, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Receives and handles customer’s sale orders, negotiates the delivery schedule according to production capacity and warehouse availability and keeps customers updated on the production status
· Plans the production program in coordination with the Production Manager, calculates the material needs (raw material, packaging materials, etc.) and makes the related orders to guarantee the supply of material to the production lines
· Plans and manages deliveries and transfers of material, finished products, spare parts, samples, etc.; manages all transport documentation and import/export procedures
· Supervises the warehouse management, plans and manages warehouse staff activities and guarantees order, cleanliness and health and safety standards
· Supports the Procurement department and/or the Plant Manager in finding suppliers, collecting quotes, negotiating prices and issuing Purchase Orders
· Supervises, coordinates and supports the Logistics and Warehouse team, managing priorities, eliminating, bottlenecks and addressing critical issues
· Identifies, implements and leads logistics improvement projects to streamline flow and remove bottlenecks across the entire supply chain
· Plans and manages periodical inventories
· Manages the waste disposal process (suppliers, documentation, tracking systems, etc.)

Compiles reports on raw material price trends, comparisons between existing contracts and updates internal databases
Completes the monthly material forecast collecting requests from production plants
Receives forecasts from plants, checks forecasts and material orders comparing suppliers contractual availability of material and pricing
Creates delivery plans and submits them to the suppliers, tracks and follows up orders with plants and suppliers to update order status
Participates in the evaluation and negotiation of offers for the provision of materials (resins, additives, packaging material, etc.), provides support in finalizing contracts
Supports the R&D and ERP Department in coding material and recording material in the system
Verifies material orders and invoices due for payment to ensure compliance to credit limits
Verifies and updates rebate status reports
Analyzes sales records, inventory levels, replenishment cycles and lead time finding patterns and suggesting correlations and interpretations
Supports the Business Development Department in the bid process for new projects by analyzing local market conditions, material and suppliers availability and simulating different cost scenarios
Ensures the direct procurement archives and files are correct and updated

The Administration Specialist reports to the General Manager. The purpose of this position is to manage company accounts guaranteeing compliance to all accounting, taxation and legal regulations, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Verifies, allocates, posts and reconciles all accounts payable transactions in the ERP system
Issues invoices towards clients and to support intercompany transactions
Plans and executes payments, manages all cash related activities (e.g. petty cash, cashing/depositing checks, etc.) and related accounting transactions
Monitors, reconciles and ensures correct processing of all bank transactions and fees
·Supports in the collection of information and preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
Prepares documentation for the periodic audit
Performs secretarial and administrative tasks such as reception services, mail distribution, post office duties
Technical Skills:
