The Machine Operator reports to the Operations Director. The purpose of this position is to supervise machines and equipment, ensuring the final product meets the required quality and hygiene standards, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Runs machine and equipment to ensure quality and conformity of final products
· Packs finished goods using appropriate material stacks, loads and labels pallets for stocking in warehouse
· Supplies appropriate raw material and packaging material to the line using manual electric forklifts
· Undertakes product controls (e.g. visual controls, weight verifications, etc.) following the product control plan and records outcomes on the appropriate forms
· Provides support to plants during start-up and downtime machines
· Provides support for testing new machinery
· Participates in team activities to reduce waste, improve productivity and quality
· Collaborates with colleagues in finding technical and mechanical solutions to manufacturing problems and performs extraordinary maintenance to restore the functionality of the machines
· Maintains order and cleanliness in all assigned areas working in line with correct workplace hygiene and safety practices

The HR Analytics Assistant reports to the HR Relations & Rewards Manager. The purpose of this position is to ensure the correct execution labor cost HR data analysis and internal reporting, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assists in the consolidation of the HR budgets in terms of total cost and headcount
Performs periodic analysis of deviations from the budget
Supports in the preparation of the HR Dashboards
Elaborates and monitors the most relevant HR-related KPIs (E.g., turnover, retention, absenteeism, overtime, etc.)
Assists in setting the KPIs related to collective and individual bonus
Assists in performing periodic HR audits
Performs benchmark analysis on market labor cost
Maintains the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly monitoring and updating of changes in personnel costs and headcount
Is responsible for collecting and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the HR Reports at Global level
Supports in personnel administration activities, including collecting and archiving documents, updating internal reports and tools
Participates to HR Department projects

The Logistics Manager reports to the Plant Manager. The purpose of this position is to satisfy clients request by guaranteeing the efficient inbound and outbound flow of goods, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Receives and handles customer’s sale orders, negotiates the delivery schedule according to production capacity and warehouse availability and keeps customers updated on the production status
· Plans the production program in coordination with the Production Manager, calculates the material needs (raw material, packaging materials, etc.) and makes the related orders to guarantee the supply of material to the production lines
· Plans and manages deliveries and transfers of material, finished products, spare parts, samples, etc.; manages all transport documentation and import/export procedures
· Supervises the warehouse management, plans and manages warehouse staff activities and guarantees order, cleanliness and health and safety standards
· Supports the Procurement department and/or the Plant Manager in finding suppliers, collecting quotes, negotiating prices and issuing Purchase Orders
· Supervises, coordinates and supports the Logistics and Warehouse team, managing priorities, eliminating, bottlenecks and addressing critical issues
· Identifies, implements and leads logistics improvement projects to streamline flow and remove bottlenecks across the entire supply chain
· Plans and manages periodical inventories
· Manages the waste disposal process (suppliers, documentation, tracking systems, etc.)

· Supervises, coordinates and supports the Quality team, managing priorities, eliminating, bottlenecks and addressing critical issues
· Leads the implementation and ensures compliance to the company’s integrated system of procedures and standards
· Proposes improvements to the company’s integrated system of standards and procedures
· Plans and/or enables the implementation of internal audits
· Guarantees the correct execution of the quality control plan for new and existing products
· Ensures correct calibration of all laboratory instruments through internal control plans, relying on internal resources and external suppliers
· Proposes relevant changes to continuously improve processes, methods and practices of quality control in accordance with client’s and internal quality standards
· Verifies quality reports, eventually addressing relevant issues to the Plant Line Managers
· Coordinates internal resources to identify and resolve non conformities, acting as the process leader and suggesting the adoption of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring proper communication with the client
· Ensures a proper management of the incoming material supplies
· Identifies the training needs related to quality standards for Quality and Plant staff and defines the execution plan
